OK Gloves, Run Small, 11/26/2011

Ordered the "lavender/black" for a 6 year-old girl in the 10-12 size. They just fit, definitely no room to grow. My 9 year-old daughter couldn't even get her hand all the way in them. And, they are a dark, royal purple (package actually says "purple/black"), not the soft color in the photo. The black embroidered horse doesn't show up against the purple. They seem well made and the price is right. But, the sizing and color are disappointing.

confusing size information from the web, 7/9/2011

I purchased a pair of size M for my 10 yr old girl according to the size information (which was also confirmed with a sale's representative over the phone) but the glooves barely fit my 4 and a half yr one! When I called the customer service, I was told that probably my children's hands were too big. Do I get two giant hands kids?
