I bought some little barrel reins but they were way to thin and didn't work at all, so I got these in turquoise and they're perfect and don't give my hands rope burn like the other ones.

Disappointed, 9/11/2011

I was looking for 8' long black poly reins. Who knew they'd be so hard to find? I thought I finally found them but when these arrived, the snaps were ridiculously HUGE and therefore heavy. They are well made and inexpensive, but I can't imagine hanging those heavy snaps to my horse's bit.

These reins are great. I ride bareback all of the ime and these are perfect to just clip on a bridle or halter and just go! Perfect from the trail to the show arena!
