are they only for tall boots?
A shopper on Dec 29, 2014
Best Answer: They do have a cuff to keep them from riding up that would show with standard paddock boots. My grandaughter wears them with paddock boots and half chaps

nare these warm enough for winter riding?
A shopper on Nov 21, 2014
Best Answer: Fleece breeches were recommended by our riding school staff and I'm not sure what alternatives (if any) exist. Riders can wear lots of layers on top, but still need to be in close contact with the horse on the bottom. Probably depends on what temperatures lie ahead!
