Trying this instead of Cowboy magic due to price difference. It works very well and is comparable to Cowboy magic in the results.

I love Vetrolin Shine, so wanted to try this to see if it adds some moisture to the hair and also if it is a better detangler for really thick manes and tails.

Ran out. Best product for the price.

Best stuff ever. If you ever leave a braided tail up too long. This is the way to untangle the rat nest. Out it on dry to any tangles mess and get a wide tooth comb out and it'll easily start to untangle. Great for moisture as well. Good to use when it's cold out and you don't want to get your horses wet as well.

How do you apply this product? Rub it in, or spray it on?
A shopper on Nov 24, 2015
Best Answer: It's too thick for a spray. You have to put it on your hands and run your hands through the mane or tail. I find it does a great job of detangling even bad knots and doesn't seem to dry the hair like many sprays do. The manes and tails also tend to stay tangle free longer.
