My Mare is 28 years old, and I have used this product for 3 years. She was not happy with the taste of it at first, but she eats all of it now. She has never been a thick quarter horse, but she doesn't show any ribs either. I like that it has the probiotics for their digestive system. Overall I think this product is worth the money.

My mare absolutely HATED it! And it won't last me very long... I should have gone with Fat Cat weight gain. This product smells nice, but my horses won't touch it. The only way I'll be purchasing again is if I can find a way to disguise it.

Great product, 8/30/2011

Silly Filly from Gloster, LA

I've been using this product for years. I have a retirement home for unwanted horses and many of them have difficulty keeping on weight. This product allows them to gain weight safely as well as economically. After all, a horse can only digest so many pounds of feed at a time; the rest just passes on through undigested. Once the horse is at the proper weight, I keep them on a maintenance level. The digestive enzymes really help older horses and horses that colic easily to digest their food.
