Product Summary:

From Wahl® Features longest blade stroke in the industry (.147"). Two speeds; low (3000 strokes per minute) or high (3500 strokes per minute). Combination of blade stroke and strokes per minute give the KM-2 the longest LPM (linear inches per minute) travel while cutting of any clipper in it's class.

New High Efficiency Motor uses 23 watts less power which equals less heat. No blade heat even on high speed!

Includes: # 10 detachable blade.

Uses standard A5 size clipper blades.

best clipper EVER!, 11/7/2011

I have 24 horses in south florida, and clipping is essential! Our horses must go to shows and look perfect, and they also train in hot weather, so we clip year-round. I go through clippers like crazy, and have a pile of busted up Osters to prove it. I finally switched to this Wahl clipper, and it is AMAZING! It is practically indestructible, and the blades last forever--I can easily clip our whole stable twice before I need a new blade. The clipper doesn't get hot, and it isn't temperamental. This is the first clipper I have owned that doesn't make me want to throw it against the barn wall!!!!

I've body clipped my horse many times with these clippers. They are light and easy to hold. They stay cool and they are plenty powerful enough to do the job. I have Fibromyalgia and my hands are not as strong as they once were. I have no trouble using these clippers for hours at a time. Also, they are pretty quiet, which is a blessing when I'm clipping my high strung thoroughbred. I use these on his face as well as on his legs and whole body. Highly recommended!

I love these clippers! I got them for Christmas last year and they work great. The lower running speed is great for the face, legs and bridle paths! The faster running speed could probably body clip. I love the very long cord and they don't get hot either.
