I got these for a great price, but value for the money was not worth it. Firstly, they do not fit correctly. The ear holes are so large and they stick up that flys fly right into them, only now they are stuck in there. I bought three, and all three started tearing up at the top with in two weeks. I threw these out and ordered the professionals choice equissentials line, which btw I love! Don't waste your money.

I've had this product for over a year and it's ugly. It's ugly brand new too! Doesn't close properly, my horses would find ways to slip it off all the time. It's very durable, it survived my mustang, but IMO it's just a pain to find every morning and evening, put it back on and even then, it doesn't keep all the flies out. Not buying again and would not recommend to anybody.

Fit my horse fine, but the quality of this mask is horrible. I realize it is a fairly inexpensive mask however; it was ripped after only 1 wear and a complete loss after the 2nd wear. Torn at top between ears and at both sides. Will never purchase again.

Bought one of these for my 16.1 hand warmblood. Didnt fit his head right, but once I had it on, there were 2 extra holes on top, for who knows what, and had lots of extra room by the ears for flys to come in. Also arrived with blue stains all over it. I called and they sent me another one, but the 2nd one has blue stains all over it too. So right now they are both sitting in a corner in my tackroom

I've purchased two of these masks and I'm about to buy another. One of them has a small tear in it at 6 months old, but my horses put these masks through a beating. At $5, I don't mind one bit!

Bought this mask thinking it looked nice. Didn't fit my BLM mustang worth a darn. Huge spaces for flies to come in. He ripped it off just scratching on a fence rail. But, this was my horse. And not everyone's head fits the same.

I always read the reviews and they told me Weaver would be better than the Defender masks. I love this mask! It fits well with my Morgan and a small fits my Paint yearling fine. The ear holes are a little big but it doesn't really do much to let the flies in. They dont land on their faces so my horses and i are happy! The velcro is sturdy and the elastic is stretchy and strong. The lining around the mask is soft yet even in the summer here they didn't sweat heavily. In fact there was little sweat at all. I'm always gonna buy these!

I got this mask for free with my order, and it was a good thing it was free because I would not buy this product if not. When I put it on my horse it didn't even fit him, it was to small for his jaw. When you put it on your horse it has a big gap by both ears that let flys come in. You have to pull the flaps over and then sew them shut. Not a good product at all even for the price it is. DON'T BUY IT.

Normally, im a faithful defender customer, but i was very impressed with the price of this awesome flymask. The velcro to secure it is strong and faithful. It has individual slots for the ears with a place in the middle for their forelock to hang out. It also has an interesting feature behind the crown of the flymask. It has two slots that appear to be to slip the crown piece of a halter through, dont see any reason to use it, but its a nice feature. the trim is a nice soft fabric, and the sizing is true, my 14 year old quarter horse wears a medium perfectly. I wont be getting a defender fly mask again, this knocks them out of the water!
