I ordered this collar in sunrise and when I first got it there was a PEN mark on it! Blue pen was dug into the collar! I called costumer services and they were very helpful. It was very easy to send back for a new one and it costed nothing else. This is a beautiful collar and I sugjest it to anyone who wants a beautiful roping collar.(I use it for barrel racing too!) Beautiful leather and coloring! It goes with my saddle beautifully!

When I first received this product it was completly destroyed with PEN marks and dents all over it! I call customer service and they were very helpfull, receiving a new one was very simple and fast. This breast collar is very good quality and I do recomend it.
