Looks great, fits both my 15h Morab and my 14h Quarter horse. I got the london tan one and it looks good against my Morab's dark brown coat, and my qh's palomino coat

This is a beautiful set, and as always, it's the great Weaver quality we've come to expect. Strong clasps, reinforced stitching, and soft quality leather. With team penning and sorting, we put our tack to the test. This has held up amazingly and I've only cleaned mine twice this season. Comfortable for my horse too. It's got just enough extra detail to make this an eye catching set, but not overdone. Gorgeous without all the Brabie Doll bling. Easily my favorite set in the barn.

I use this headstall for running barrels and It looks great on my seal brown mare. I love the stars and the color. I got it in London tan, it is much tanner than the picture shows, but I oiled it and it matches everything great! Love it!

The way this headstall is designed and shown on the store racks and online, is unacceptable for horse comfort. If you notice, the attatchment to the bit has the buckle side next to the horse, with the western star on the outside, on the smooth serface of the leather. It should be the other way around, or you will have a horse with a sore cheek or jaw. The leather sticks out quite a ways, is rigiid and very unnecessary. I turned the bit section around so the smooth side is next to the horse, and the rigid sticking out buckle piece on the outside, The star fits well over it, and you can't even tell the difference, but your horse will. I suggest shopping around a bit if you don't want to bother with the above.

I have used this headstall for a little over a year now and love it! It's super easy to adjust, I haven't had to punch any holes, no rust (all weather rider)! The only thing I don't like are the chicago screws, but I don't like them on any bridle. I change bits a lot so that's a bit of a pain, but other than that I love it! Weaver uses wonderful leather in their products. It's a little pricey too, but it's held up really well; I guess I can live with how much I paid. I love the shade of chestnut. It's a really rich redish shade. It looks great on my horses.
