I bought one at a store, then got a couple more here. Found that they kept getting taken off my saddles for use on the 4 wheeler and Motorcycles. They work great for everything. Definitely a must have.

I use these bags for 8 or 9 years now, the ones on my saddle did hold up many years and I LOVE them for water bottles and nic nacs. However, people that are a bit clumsy getting off and on the horse tend to catch the bags with their legs while mounting/unmounting and the seams that hold the velcro in the back come lose in a heartbeat. I gave up using them for guests but they are worth it to me to replace after a few years after they are worn out (heavy items like watter bottles or radios tend to break the seams after a while too).

I bought this hoping I would like it an love it. Large enough to hold all I need but never in the way. I will be buying more as gifts for all my trail riding friends.

I bought my first one of these about 8 years ago, when they came in colors. This past Spring, I bought two more. They are AWESOME for carrying small items such as a cell phone, chapstick, breathmints, even clippers for trimming brush on the trail. I leave them on my saddles, they are out of the way and easy to get to from the saddle.
Highly recommend these for trail riding!!! They are great!

I bought 2 of these last year for a trail ride, I carried a water bottle in one and my keys and cell phone in the other. I leave them on my saddle permanently as they are out of the way and even when I'm just working in the arena I can still have a drink and my cell phone handy. I have since bought a set as a gift for my friend and today I have purchased another set for my other horse's saddle so that when I invite company to ride with me they will have the same convenience. They are very well made, a year later and almost daily use they look just like new.
