Product Summary:

Designed to fit under your saddle and over your horse’s withers to effectively redistribute the rider’s weight along your horse’s back. Remarkable results can be seen when you move your weight away from directly pushing down on your horse’s shoulders. Center fill is made from a 1” thick layer of pressed felt to prevent pad from compacting. Machine washed on gentle cycle and hang to dry.
Color: May Vary

Size: 11" L x 8" W - Strap lengths 9-1/2" and 7-1/2"

I already use one and need a backup when it is being cleaned.

My 18 year old quarter horse has lost muscle behind her withers making it difficult to fit her saddle properly. Saddles wide enough for her shoulder movement drop in front and dig into her shoulder.

did this product help your horse? What type of wither did you put this on?
Davis K on Apr 7, 2014
Best Answer: My horse has very high and narrow withers. This did help, but I had to make alterations to the pad because it was too long. The picture doesn't show how long the straps really are. I shortened the straps and also took off about three inches of the foam on both sides. Once I did this it worked well for my horse.
