Product Reviews by Customers

Rated 1 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worthless Good idea, bad execution. The footing drops TOO far to where I can't swing my leg up over the horse. Hangs a lot lower than pictured. June 6, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Accident Waiting To Happen I should have paid more attention to the reviews but I was having such a problem getting up on the horse I guess I was desperate. The first time I tried it the back metal piece slipped out of my stirrup and I fell hard on my back. It is the biggest waste of money and an accident waiting to happen. March 29, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not for Western Stirrups I bought this a few years ago. It does not work with any western stirrup that I own. The piece shown that braces against the stirrup is too short. Yes, I tried both ends. If it's not perfectly set, and if it moves a hair, then it just slips through the stirrup. Worthless item. Save your money. April 17, 2011

I'm not sure how this works. Do you first put the right foot into the lower stirrup and the left foot into the original? Then does the extended one just stay right there while riding?
Thank you. on Jun 2, 2014
Best Answer: You put it on your stirrup and try to mount as if that is your stirrup. It isn't very easy cause it so long you can't get your other leg over. You have to take it off while riding, and try not to drop it or fall off while trying to get it.

how does this work?

Best Answer: It doesn't work good at all, I'd say its harder to use this than mounting normally because its long so you can't even get your leg over your horse once your up.
