Ingredients: 1 coffee can or scoop of each of the following: Sweet Feed or Oats Alfalfa Cubes Beet Pulp (Always soak this feed thoroughly before feeding to your horse or it will choke them- NEVER feed BEET PULP dry)
Instructions: Using a 5 gallon bucket, add each type of feed. Mix until blended. Add HOT water to within 3-4 inches of the top of the bucket. Beet pulp swells up to 5 times its size. This recipe will give a hardy snack to 3-4 horses depending on size. This recipe contains ingredients which are intended for horse consumption. Soak for 1-2 hours, then feed while still warm. Whinnie's Tasty Pony Soup
Ingredients: *1cup mollasses *1cup sugar *1cup quik oats *1cup grain-soak it in a 1/4cup water for 5-10 min. *any little things your horse likes *Cinnamon
Instructions: No bake!! Mix everything in a med.-large bowl except the grain that is soaking, and the cinnamon. Mix it Very well. Then, once the grain has gotten moist and mushy, add it to the bowl and mix. The mix should be runny, but not too runny. If it sticks together too much, add water, if it's too runny, add a few oats. once your done with that, sprinkle a bunch of Cinnamon in it and feed it to your horse(s)...

Instructions: Mix oats, grain, and bran together in a bucket. Drizzle molasses while mixing with your hands. Get the mixture to be about the consistency of thin Play-Doh. Place half-handfuls on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. Don't let them get too brown. Never completely hard, but store well. Willie's Wonder cookies
Ingredients: 1 Cup of Carrots 1 Cup of Apples 2 Cups of Flour 2 Tbs of Molasses 1 Tbs of Water
Instructions: Heat oven to 350. Shread carrots in cheese grader or blender. Cut apples into Tiny pieces or put into blender. Mix apples, carrots, flour, water, and molasses in a bowl if mix is too runny add more flour or if too dry add a little more water. Roll into a ball and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 8-12 mins or untill golden brown. A tooth pick should come out clean. Your Hores will love 'em. Submitted by: Kate
Winnies
Ingredients: 1 cup sweet feed 2 cups mushed bananas 1 cup molasses 2 apples 3 large carrots 4 cups dry oats 1 cup of steaming water (as hot as you can get it) 14 round peppermints 2 1/2 cups of beer sugar
Instructions: pre heat oven to 350.
in a large bowl mix the sweet feed, hot water and dry oats togather then pop in the microwave for 5 minutes. in another bowl mix the mushed bananas, round peppermints and the beer toghater, let sit for 5 hours. cut the 2 apples into slices (any thickness)then shred the 3 carrots. after the 5 hours the banana mixture sits, mix in molasswes and shreded carrots.place apple slices on a gresed cookie sheet, mix the microwaved mixture and the banana mixture togather. roll into balls , placed one ball to each apple slice. flatten the balls but dont go over the apple slices place another apple slice over the mixture like a sandwitch. sprinkle a light coat of sugar over the apples.cook in the over for 30 minutes or until golden brown. My horses LOVE them. their called winnies because after you give your horse one they will winnie for more. Submitted by: Ann
