The saddle was very nice looking for that price. Unfortunately it didn't fit my horse and it cost a lot of money to return. Would never order something big like that again.

I like the style and the shape but the leather is stiff and slippery. I was hopping the Australian style would hold me in the saddle better but because the saddle is so slippery it is harder to stay sited.

nice saddle
The saddle is light and easy to use. It came with a cinch and a flank cinch. the flank cinch did not have a connector to the front cinch which I feel it should have had. The tie strap was an odd design and would recommend replacing it.

Very nice saddle
Very nice saddle, was a great price. I would like it to have a leather off billet strap, and should have had a back cinch. I can pick those up at a later date. Have not ridden in it yet, too cold outside right now. Really like the looks and how if fits my needs to a tee.Lori

Great saddle
I bought this saddle because it had the best of both. The safety and comfort of an Australian saddle and the feel of a western. It is light and comfortable. Having less problems with my back and knees with long distances up to 30 miles, then with my synthetic saddle. The only problem with it is the cinch strap, it is nylon and doesn't hold well, but easy to replace. Over all great saddle, for the price.

Lightweight and rugged.
I purchased this saddle for my wife because of its weight. She can handle it well and says it is very comfortable. We were also impressed with the quality of leather and construction. She is very happy with your product.

Fit a man very well
This was a very comfortable saddle for my 5'10" 190 lb. hubby in the size 18. However, it did not fit the TN Walking horse at all. The gullet was too thin. It is a very nice looking saddle too.

Just what I hoped it would be.
The saddle looks great and fits my shortbacked and wide at the withers horse great! The saddle feels great and does not have that stiff new saddle feel or squeek. Only thing I wish it had was a ring on the back cinch for a connecting strap to the front cinch. But that can be fixed. I love it!! Also I received the saddle in 1 week. Talk about fast!

Secure Western Saddle
I was looking for a western style saddle that had a little extra to keep me seated when my horse spooks...he tends to get nervous at least once a ride which may involve simply stopping or could be a jump spin. This saddle allows me to relax for most of the ride as it keeps you back in the saddle when something unexpected happens. Nice saddle for the money. Fits my FQHB short backed horse fine.

Does it take an Aussie girth?
Phyllis V on Mar 1, 2016
BEST ANSWER: No. It uses a regular western style girth
I am 5 ft 3 in tall with a inseam of 28 ins will I be able to have the proper fit with the stir ups or will the stir ups be to long for me?
Donna J on Jan 30, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately the exact answer to this is not provided by the manufacturer, however this particular saddle does have multiple reviews stating the fenders and stirrup leathers are quite long, one person mentioning they had to cut them to shorten them - this person pointed out they were 5'4".
As a sidenote, most fender lengths on standard Western saddles can be adjusted anywhere from 18 - 25 inches without making any modifications.
western rigging or english rigging?
Alan W on Apr 30, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The saddle has western rigging, very comfy and fits the horse great.
which saddle blanket do I purchase?
belinda f on Nov 21, 2017
BEST ANSWER: It depends on the horse a bit, my horse has a curious conformation, he's a Morgon/Paso Fino cross, very large front shoulder area and high withers led me to look at a saddle pad with a split front to free up his withers. This saddle fits him very well while most western saddles don't.
Do u have this in full quarter horse bar?
Jocelyne L on Jun 26, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I have the semi-quarter horse bar. It works great on my horse, he's pretty hard to fit. I did a lot of research on this saddle before I bought it, I haven't seen it in full quarter horse bars, they may be out there but I wasn't looking for the full when I was shopping.
Does this come without a horn?
William G on Jul 15, 2015
BEST ANSWER: This saddle has a horn. FYI seats run small and stirrup straps are a bit short. Has to add on to accomodate a 32 inch inseam.
Can you get it without a horn?
Diana A on Jun 12, 2017
BEST ANSWER: This saddle is available in a horn version only.
17 in an Australian saddle ==What in a western saddle?
Ketrena G on Oct 16, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Aussie 17 is about equal to a western 15" seat. Saddle also has pretty short stirrup leathers. I'm tall with 32-34 inch inseam and had to punch additional holes at very end of leathers and add Caschell stirrup rotators to extend the stirrups another couple of inches. Also was sent the wrong saddle size. They had a 50/50 chance to get it right and still did not, so you might make sure they double check size before they send it off.
Will you be carrying this saddle in size 20?
A shopper on Aug 20, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Currently we do not expect to offer this saddle in size 20.
Concerned about tree --- semi quarter? I have 14.1 AQH 900 lb mare.

Need help before ordering.

Where was this saddle made?
Audrey B on Apr 6, 2016
BEST ANSWER: This item is made in India.
Reviews are mixed on fit at the withers. How do I size the saddle to fit a pony sized Rocky Mtn mare with lower, wider withers, barrel ribs and a waistline at the loin? Like all gaited horses, she also needs space for shoulder movement, usually done with a flared tree at the shoulder. Do riders find this saddle is roomy enough for their gaited horse? Also, how do you size an Aussie saddle? I am 5'3" and fit a 16 inch Western saddle. Appreciate your help.
Mayham on Jun 11, 2015
BEST ANSWER: This item comes in semi quarter horse bars, it technically is not a gaited saddle. The link to fitting an Australian saddle is posted below.

I'm 6'4" and long legged. Are the stirrup leathers on this saddle long enough to accommodate a person of my size?
A shopper on Oct 26, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Fender adjusts to 38” inseam plus room to add more holes.
Is the fiberglass tree hollow or is it solid like a Ralide?
