Can you give me a sizing chart in inches?
Kay N on Jun 4, 2015
Best Answer: I don't have a sizing chart for the boot, but there is one in the product summary. I purchased a small boot for our large pony mare when she stepped on a nail. The boot was great, she wore it for a couple of weeks while her hoof healed. We had her in a dry lot, We ended up getting alot of rain during that period and it was muddy. The boot stayed on and kept her hoof clean. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi. My horse has a 000 shoe size. Would the small work for her or be too big? Thanks!
Eva J on Aug 31, 2015
Best Answer: Last winter I purchased a small Hoof Saver Boot for our pony. She wears a 00 shoe. Our pony had stepped on a nail. She wore the boot in a small turn out lot. At times it was frozen with snow and ice on the ground. At other times it was muddy. Illinois winter are unpredictable. I checked/ changed her dressing (a preemie diaper) twice a day. She ended up wearing the boot about a month. It did not pull off and it did not rub her leg. I would recommend this boot. But to answer your question, I do not know if it would fit your horse with the size 000 shoe. If your horse needs a boot, I would give it a try. Susan

My horse wears a size 2 shoe, what size do I need?
Pam m on Apr 21, 2014
Best Answer: Hi ...I didn't buy the extra large. I boughtt the medium. I have a small, medium and large. My horse is barefoot. We wears a 4 in a Gen2 Mac boot. He had shoes on when he was 2 and I'm thinking it was a size 1 and he grew quite a bit more. The small we couldn't squeeze into. The large swam on him. The medium was perfect. Great product.
