easy to use
The last ones were lost in a flood. Buying them again. Strong, many settings. Fit my relatively long necked 14.3hh Arabian prefectly.

Way too short, might work for a pony
Would have been 5 stars if they were really horse size. These are WAY too short for my 16+ hand TB. I don’t think they would even work on my 15h QH. Very disappointed. Not worth returning since they were so inexpensive.

Worth more than their price
I've used a set of these for ten years and just replaced them because these were on sale. They have been stored in the barn 365 days a year and have survived freezing winters and 90 degree summers. No loss of elasticity and the snaps work just fine. We like them because they allow the horse some give while supporting her enough to keep her on her outside rein while being lunged. I

Good for the price but it never occurred to me how heavy all the metal would be. I'll be trading up for leather donut ones.

I should've read the reviews before ordering these. They are way too short to loop around to the hooks and too long to be left straight. My horse is small and only 14.2 and these still did not fit her. Also, the elastic is very hard and doesn't really stretch much. I dont recommend this unless its for a small pony.

WAAAAAY too small
Great price and quality is good enough....but there is no way that these are horse size. Wasted money and don't want to pay shipping to return for such a minimal credit.

Too Short
These are great quality and a great value, unfortunately they are too short for my 14'3 Arab. They only fit by attaching directly to saddle not looping through and attaching to ring. Wish they were an extra foot long.

NOT Horse size
I have 40 years of riding under my belt and these are my 4th pair of side reins and they are NOT HORSE size. I bought them for my short necked 14.2 hds cutting bred horse to use with a sirsingle and the looses size is way to tight. Also, the elastic has no more give to it than the rubber donuts. There is no way to use these on a full sized horse. As for the lady with the 15.2 hd Arab who wrote a comment I can assure you her horse is way behind the vertical :( DONT BUY

I don't know why everyone says they are to small for a 15 hh horse. They are perfect for my Arab, who is 15.2, but Arabs are known for shorter necks, so these fit him great!I would definitely recommend them - they look professional, great quality!

good quality, amazing buy!
These are sturdy, good quality side reins. They are even and have many D's for adjustment. Good for medium to small horse. Still can't believe the price!

How the heck do you use these?? I got mine and the snap isn’t connected on one of the ends. Super confusing- please help.

BEST ANSWER: Sounds like yours is defective. Snaps should be secured in place. I attached the elastic end to the but and loop the opposite end through a ring then snap to any ring to adjust the length. To be used in conjunction with lounging rope to increase bend in the neck.
