How the heck do you use these?? I got mine and the snap isn’t connected on one of the ends. Super confusing- please help.

BEST ANSWER: Sounds like yours is defective. Snaps should be secured in place. I attached the elastic end to the but and loop the opposite end through a ring then snap to any ring to adjust the length. To be used in conjunction with lounging rope to increase bend in the neck.
