I have an 800 lb. horse. Will this still fit?
Sandi K on Apr 30, 2015
BEST ANSWER: This belly guard is adjustable and one size fits most.
I see the other reviews are fairly old... Has this been revamped to fix problems?
Cindie G on Apr 21, 2018
BEST ANSWER: We made the Velcro tabs longer and the straps. please call 800-333-2202. I would like to know your concerns, to see if this revamped will fit your needs
I have used these for years on my horse since he gets habroneams from the flies on his sheath & penis. They work great, but are made pretty flimsily. The bands do not stay up unless you tie them over the horse's back. They only last one summer season since the straps stretch out and the velcro doesn't hold very well. WHY can't someone invent one of these that just attaches to the actual fly sheet itself????
Robin Q on May 27, 2016
BEST ANSWER: We do offer a number of fly sheets which already have a belly band, if that will help you out.
can my horse wear this belly guard with his fly sheet all the time?
DONNA A on Apr 7, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Yes, but it is more complicated to fasten on the horse than it looks.
