My saddle is to big and I can't afford a new one I barrel race and I'm looking for something to put on the saddle to make my not slide as much will this do it at top speed or something else??
A shopper on Aug 29, 2016
Best Answer: I am a greenhorne and know nothing about barrel racing. I bought this cushion for a very long pack trip mule ride into the mountains. I can tell you it saved my citified tush and gave me no problems at all with slipping, in spite of a lot of abuse..

can you use this cushion on a hornless endurance saddle. If not what can you use?
LAURIE G on Mar 11, 2016
Best Answer: Technically, there is no reason why you can't use the cushion on a hornless saddle. Of course, the front strap would simply not be used, instead you would need to rely on comfort, feel and balance to make sure it's under you. it might be a good idea to clip or tie the front strap to a 'D' ring in case it gets out from under you; or as an aid when you are dismounting.
