Good Quality
These are great to have on hand. The screws seem to be good quality and can be tightened without stripping the threads. The bright silver color matched well with the other screws on my bridle.

Whoa, this hardware is great and the price can not be beaten.
Looked for these on all the usual sites and the price was the best. And if you get it with free or discounted shipping, it is a real score.

Not the size I needed
This is your standard Chicago screw. Unfortunately, it wasn't the size I needed. I lost a male end off my custom made bronc halter. I could tell by visually looking at the remaining one that it was larger than the standard size, which I already had on hand. I measured the shank length of the longer one with a digital caliper and to my surprise, it measured exactly .39" which is what is listed in the horse.com specs. Unfortunately, their spec must be of the entire screw length (including the head) because the screws I received are too short. Fortunately the price was fairly reasonable, so I will just add them to my supply.

Good quality
Good quality, but they are larger than those using the heads and other pieces that sell, so I recommend that replace the same using these parts.

what can you say about screws
That said, all the ones I received were decent. For newbies, make sure when you use these, especially when using on control areas like attaching a headstall or reins to a bit, put a drop of clear nail polish in the female end before screwing in the male end. Some people also use lock-tight but that may be hard to undo.
