Product Summary:

Classic Equine Mohair Straight Cinch

This mohair cinch is bound with rayon making it comparable to actually having the feel of a 100% "mohair" cinches on the market, while being able to obtain this at an excellent value. The premier material for cinches, mohair is a natural fiber that is sheared from Angora goats. It has 31 strands and is naturally soft, very strong, and elastic, with a nylon center. This makes a comfortable, strong, and durable cinch. Elasticity allows your horse to naturally expand. Now with stainless steel hardware with one roller buckle for easy cinching and durability.

great overall cinche
Only negative wish there were roller buckles on both ends. I have 3 for my horses. 1 for my ranch horse, 1 for my 4 yr old mustang and 1 for my appendix horse. they all love it and it holds their saddles like they were glued to them without being ridiculously tight

Great quality but seemed to run big
I bought this cinch in a 34 since that was the number on the old cinch by the same company. It was great quality, sturdy and had a soft feel. The 34 ended up being too large. Don't know if they are making them larger or if the old one shrank over time. Still, I would recommend this cinch. You may want to order down a size.

Amazing Cinch
Can't say enough good things about this cinch. Owned mine since 2002 -- very well made, holds up exceptionally well.

Does this girth have a billet pocket?
A shopper on Feb 23, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes it does. It is the leather peice that is seen in the picture. It has Velcro on it so you can move it to make sure it keeps your billet out of the way.
Does this stretch?
A shopper on Sep 30, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I have used several of these girths and have not had a problem with them stretching. The fibers get less fuzzy over time but a good washing with shampoo and conditioner seems to help.
pic shows both buckles have rollers, the description says "buckles," the review states that they would be better if both buckles had rollers. which is/are correct?
larry k on Mar 19, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Per this vendor of this item this does have dual roller buckles for easy cinching and durability.
