Awesome
These are the best fly boots j have ever had. The heavy duty Velcro straps and contour keeps them up. I highly recommend them.

So far so good
(Mine are black) These are different from the ones I was using (Cashel) they seem to be more sturdy. I would like them better if the Velcro allowed for them to be made tighter. They sag a little on my smaller horse but it isn't a problem. I should have gotten him a smaller size.

Acts like the real deal!
Seems to be keeping most of those darn flies away from the blood sucking flies. He has white legs Poor baby.... Maybe I need to spray the yard also.

Pretty decent fly boots
I've had these fly boots on my mare for a few weeks now. They are holding up well. They are slightly loose fitting so they do twist on occasion. Overall they are doing their job well.

contoured fit is great
My mustang is hard on almost anything. She loves her fly boots as she hates the flies. These boots fit her perfect as they are contoured and do not rub. She wears them daily and has had them a month with no wear. I rinse them off every few days to get the dirt and shavings out .

Waste of money
I put these boots on for one day and one completely ripped out at the seam for no good reason. Do not waste your money. Unfortunately for me I was beyond the 30 day return limit so cannot get my money back. Won't be buying from Horse.com again.

work great
Very durable material with nice wide Velcro, they stay right in place.

Waste of money
I had high hopes for these boots based on some of the reviews I had read and felt that the price was very reasonable and the quality good. Unfortunately, after wearing the fly boots one day, one of the boots was completely torn out and frayed apart on two seams. After one day of use! Don't waste your money.

Good price. Fits well. Depends on your horse on how well they last. One horse had no problem, the other one was shredded after two days.

great fly boots. stay up very well and hold up to daily pasture turn out. wish they had a little more fleece lining and came in a smaller size for my mare. bought the cob size shire boots for her and they fit good but not as sturdy as these boots.

Orange is easy to find in the pasture if my horse gets them off.

I bought these previously and didn't realize they came in packs of two and not four. Since my horse has four legs ...:) I tried the pair out one on front and one on back leg, they appear to stay in place quite well, and do what they are supposed to do.

Will these fit well on the horse's back legs as well as the front legs?
luvnhorsesinVT on Jul 25, 2016
BEST ANSWER: These are made to fit both front and back legs.
Do you have the orange in stock and also are these made to leave on 24 7 during fly season?
emmerson on Sep 14, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I leave these on my horses 24/7...however, if they get muddy, I remove at night to allow the horses legs to dry and also to rinse the wraps...I find that regular cleaning keeps the wraps in service longer. I love these particular contoured leg wraps as they do not slip down my Thoroughbred's thin legs.

Can you ride in these boots? Also is there a difference in UV protection between the colors?
Julie D on May 25, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Because the two lower straps have elastic to allow the boot to move with the movements of the horse you could possibly do some light riding, but these are designed for stall or pasture use to prevent flies on the legs.
Does it come as four, or only two?
Katelynn C on Jul 8, 2016
BEST ANSWER: They came as a pair, however I didn't buy orange boots. Mine are white.
What are the measurements of these fly boots?
Karen L on Jul 31, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I apologize these measurement are not available for this item, item fits average horse 800-1000 lbs.
They come in a pair? As in 2 per order
Cathy R on Jan 21, 2018
BEST ANSWER: This item is sold as a pair.
