Stays in place
Bought 3 inch roll/ 4 pack at great price (half the cost of local purchase) and stocked up on first aid supplies to qualify for free shipping. Great stretch, stays in place, keeps leg wrap closed and in place, protecting wound during turnout. 2 inch works just as well with less stickiness on wraps so will buy the 6 pack for even greater value next time.

no value, expensive, does not hold.
It did not work at all, it would not stick to the horse's leg, the bandage slipped, exposing the wound. I had to go buy the real Elasicon from the local feed store. I am very disappointed.

I like it better than Elasticon
This stuff is great! Has more stretch than Elasticon and stays on just as well. Much better price than the name brand stuff.

Not as good as Elastikon
I have been trying to find economical alternatives to Elastikon for veterinary first aid for my horses. Some are pretty good, others not. This brand is not. Though it looks and feels similar to the 3M product, it is not nearly as adhesive. It begins to come off the horse's skin/hair within minutes of application. I will be looking for an alternative.

Who makes this? Is this 3M? Does it stick well??
A shopper on Aug 14, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I got this when I was dealing with my horses leg injury that required daily bandage changes, hoping that it would be as good as the expensive 3M tape I was buying locally. But, I was disappointed - the adhesive just wasn't very good. I was able to use it up by putting it around the bottom of the bandage and using good 3M tape around the top to hold the bandage in place, but I definitely wouldn't get it again.
