Product Summary:

Powerfields Poultry and Goat Netting

Keep predators out and your livestock safe by using this poultry and goat netting. Horizontal strands are spaced close at the bottom and gradually increase spacing towards the top; similar to a metal combo panel.  This aids in containing clipped fowl and smaller animals yet is tall enough for goats, llamas, and even horses or cows. The vertical and horizontal strands are connected by a molded plastic nonslip bead. The vertical and bottom horizontal stands are wireless to prevent arching to the ground. All horizontal strands are connected at both ends with a stainless steel junction clip for joining additional nets and connecting the fence charger.

Great for containing while working on existing fenceline
We have used this product to section off part of a pasture that we needed to replace one fenceline. Without this we would have had to confine the goats to a small enclosure while having to hurry to replace the fence. Now we can take our time since the goats are still in the majority of the pasture. It is very easy to set up with two people. We didn't use the corner stakes but instead just put a metal t-post in the ground to tie the corner post to. I can see many uses for this on our ranch and wished I would have bought it sooner.

Good product, relatively easy to use/install.
I like this fence for it's relative ease of installationa and use. I'm first time electric fence user. I purchased to keep raccoons and other critters from raiding my corn patch and vegetable garden. After 10 days use, it seems to be working. I'll know more in a few weeks - once more corn matures. My only suggestion would be to beef-up the fence wands/posts using a more robust plastic to hold up better in our rocky/clay soils not bow as much under tension over uneven ground.

To my surprise, it works. Goats don't get out. Although if your charger is low on putting out joules they may try and put their heads through. We had to cut out a couple young kids from the fence, but it was ultimately the charger not putting out enough volts to send a good shock.
