Would this fit a donkey, particular a mammoth donkey?Sorry if something is spelled wrong.
A shopper on Feb 22, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The girth probably won't. You'll want to get a new one of those. Saddle may be a little narrow for a mammoth. But I don't know how you define that. I ordered the 19" and it fits most horses but I don't think it's wide enough to comfortably fit a draft horse.
would this fit a Thoroughbred?
welshcob3904 on Apr 8, 2016
BEST ANSWER: You would need to do a wither tracing on your horse.
Would this fit a draft horse like a Percheron? Sorry if something is spelled wrong.
A shopper on Sep 14, 2015
BEST ANSWER: It probably would do just fine but may have to adjust the girth depending on how round your horse is.
How much does this saddle weigh?
A shopper on Nov 27, 2016
BEST ANSWER: It's heavier than a traditional English saddle, but lighter than a Western one. I'd say I'm the 20# range.
What color is the saddle pad that comes with it? I don't mind what color but I couldn't find it in the description, Thank You!
A shopper on Sep 2, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Accessories styles and sizes may vary. The saddle pad color for each order can be different.
Saddle stays in place but the pads keep sliding back with it? I've rode it in a few times to try so I'm not sure what to do.
Sinon on Jan 2, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I have had some pads that like to "walk" on me as well. Sometimes it works to use a non-slip underpad, or, even better, a saddle pad that has both billet and girth loops to anchor it in place:

With such a high cantle, should I buy a size larger? I typically ride a 17" English. Should I buy an 18" or 19" for this particular saddle?
Cedric R on Mar 16, 2016
BEST ANSWER: This saddle is still measured like a normal English saddle, but if you feel the high cantle will be too snug then I would go up a size.
