It smells nice but not a great fly spray

Makes 5 bottles of fly spray for the price of one pre-mixed bottle
This concentrate makes a great natural fly spray at a terrific price. We've used it for years. The bottle isn't marked for how much to use. To be specific, 3/4 cup of concentrate mixes with 3 cups of water. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a natural fly spray.

Great product with NO leftover film on horses or my hands!
I tried so many items that are supposed to work....but many made my horses uneasy about application, and more importantly left a film or a residue that showed up on my horses' coats and my hands. This smells good, horses don't mind me spraying them twice daily and it is very, very cost effective as it is a concentrate. I use a spray bottle I bought at Home Depot so I can spray them from a distance with a straight shot from the fence and they don't mind. The other sprayers, I have to get up and "mist" them. Sometimes, I just don't have the time. Works well here in Florida against mosquitoes too! ( Not available at my Feed Supply, either.)

Attracts Flies
I was very hopeful when I ordered this product because other fly sprays give my horses welts. The fact is, I believe this product actually attracts flies. It smells nice though.

NAtures Defense
This is okay for a non-chemical product. Its effectiveness as far as length of time it works is very limited.

works very well! !!
My mare just foaled in April and I didn't want to use poison on either one of them. The flys have been terrible, but this spray kept them off better than I thought it would. The only problem I had with the product is that when it was packed, someone forgot to make sure the lid was screwed on tight and over half of it leeked out on the way here, lol. I would recommend this flys spray to anyone that prefers not using poison on their animals.

It really works
There are only two fly sprays that I will use this and pyranah. This fly spray smells as great as it works! Highly recommend this buy!

Works well
This doesn't work quite as well as the chemical sprays but it is far and above the best non chemical I have tried, it gets the flies off and keeps them off, doesn't leave oil on the coat, smells decent, and possibly the best part, I accidentally splashed some in my eye and didn't have any bad effects from it.

Works great!
I was out at the barn last week and the flies were worse than they've ever been. When I was grooming my thoroughbred mare, she was throwing a fit, stomping, kicking, throwing her head because of the flies. I grabbed this stuff and it worked great, she settled down just a little bit after putting this on her legs. Great product!

One of the only products that I could find on the market that was safe to use when pregnant. Most flyspray products recommend you use gloves and googles (if you read the fine print), not so with Nature's defense. Downside is that it doesn't work well if the horse gets dusty and I definitely have to use a lot more that the traditional flysprays. Upside is it's safe, it smells good and it makes the horse's coat very soft and shiny.

I have used before and like to use non chemicals on the body of the horse; TriTec is for the legs and tail.

BEST ANSWER: I do not know all the ingredients you can get that directly from Farnam. I use it on both my Friesians I do not use chemicals at all. The product works awesome I use it every year.
Can I use this on my 4 dogs? From small Chihuahua to a large German Shepherd. I'm trying to repel the mosquitoes. Thanks
