Great supplement!
I did a lot of research before buying this for my 14 year old TB mare. She was having some issues with her hips and overall health because she was a rescue, and it didn't help that I'm a student on a budget. She has been on this supplement for 3 years already, and it has definitely helped her. Her coat is always super shiny, the stiffness is gone, and she eats all of it. Highly recommend!

Excellent Overall Supplement
Great overall supplement when you are on a budget. I have a delicate appendix gelding that needs extra support in all areas to maintain peak performance. This supplement offers that. I do find he leaves some behind, and he is not a picky eater. But adding a little water helps it stick to grain better. Overall highly recommend.

Seems to work well but my horse doesn't like taste.
I started feeding this product to my 17 year old mare, she tends to be a little stiff in her hocks basically due to her age, nothing terrible and she is not lame but I could tell she was having some issues when trail riding and having to go down steeper hills. I had been feeding this for about three weeks and while out riding last weekend I noticed that she was having no issues with the hills at all, in fact she was blazing down them at a very fast walk to the point where the other horses wanted to jog down the hill to keep up with her.Problem: My horse does not like taste. I am having to disguise the powder with other things in her grain to get her to eat. If i don't she just leaves whatever powder she can get off the grain in her feed bin. I still recommend the product because every horse is different on what they will eat but it doesn't work for mine.

Suppliments and the Cost factor
I have been using this particular product from the For~a~Flex line since started carrying it. i had a 32 year old arab mare on it until the day i had to put her down. it helped with her joints, her shedding and soft summer coat, (until the cushings came along), her hooves, and appetite. i consider it a great product in the world of numerous 4~in~1 products out there, and it's still reasonably priced compared to most. they even added new sizes, which makes it much easier to buy for 1, 2, or more horses, because of the price break and the amounts available. totally worth it.

Wouldn't be without it.
I have been using it for more than 12 years. and the proof is in the pudding as they say. My horses look and preform even better.

This is easy to feed vitamins and other supplements at the same time. Good for traveling as you just need one container to bring along or for the "sitter" to find when feeding while you are away. Besides all that, it works!

This has been a great complete supplement for my horses. They have shiny coats, they love the taste and great ingredients for the price.
TINA B on Dec 9, 2014
My horses love the taste and will clean up every bit. I know that I am not wasting my money when I see how their coats shine and dapple up. I like that I can provide my horses with coat, hoof and and joint support all in the same scoop. I have been using it for 4 years now.

Because it was an all in one vitamin and Joint supplement.

I have two older Standardbreds. One with a stifle injury from the track and the other with arthritis. I keep them as natural as possible (24 turn out weather permitting). But I need to make sure their vitamin , foot and joint needs are met. I have seen improvement. Thank you for this one product to meet several needs.

Have horses ranging in age from 3yrs to mid 20's. Seeing improvements in their hoofs, coats and manes. I have also seen an improvement in joint issues that 2 of our horses have. Has strong smell but for most part, they eat it.

I have a 3 1/2 year old mare. Is she too young for this product?
Rodney P on Dec 2, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Well, I'm not a vet or horse nutritionist, but can't imagine why this product wouldn't be ok for a young horse. It's just a whole bunch of good supplements together in one feeding. My biggest problem is bad feet, so the hoof supplement is most important to me. Also, if the horse is going to be doing a strenuous event that is hard on the joints, then a little preventative can't hurt.
Is this in pellet form or lose powder?
LAUREN R on Oct 16, 2015
BEST ANSWER: It is in loose powder form.
I have 2 barrel horses who i would feed this to daily, how long would one bag last?
A shopper on Jan 3, 2016
BEST ANSWER: At a maintenance dose it should last a little over 6 months. If you give the higher dose it would last about 3 months.I think the 10 lb is actually a little less expensive per day. I add a little corn oil when I mix it in feed or it settles to the bottom. Took a little time for them to get used to the taste but they eat it well now.
Is this product safe to give to foals?
nikegirl97 on Jul 19, 2017
BEST ANSWER: There is no information regarding foals. We have to recommend that you check with your foal's veterinarian to be on the safe side.
