Four of the enzymes are guaranteed: Amylase 136,300 IU/lb.; Protease 18,100 IU/lb.; Hemi-cellulase 16,300 IU/lb.; Cellulase 7,200 IU/lb. The enzymes Lypase, Pectinase, and Beta-Gluconase are included but not guaranteed levels.
