Bought this for my 16 year old appaloosa who pulled a muscle when she was 1 year old and has always been stiff. Have had her on all types of pain medications. After 2 days she was acting so much better. She won't ever be without some pain, but this seemed to make her feel so much better.

Love its benefits for the older horse and the added fat makes his coat shine.

I used For-A-Flex with my first senior horse and liked the results.
I like the cost. I believe my senior horse is in need of a supplement.
I think this product is what I am looking for.

Vet recommended for the joint issues with my horse. Used the non-senior formula when horse was younger. Now at 27 years old this still helps keep him limber and out of pain.

Pellets or powder?
A shopper on Jul 24, 2015
Best Answer: The product is a powder, my horse will lick it off my hand! I know every horse has a taste for what they like and do not like, but I have never had difficulty with three different horses and this brand of products over many years.

I have two wild mustangs, both are rescues. One is 20 and the other is 14. It was recommended I should put the senior on vitamin supplement (she is already on senior feed) but I'd like to put them both on one. Should I go with the multi with a probiotic or the senior?
Megan C on May 13, 2014
Best Answer: Both 4A Flex products are excellent. I have used the Multi-hoof, joint and coat product and the Senior. The major different is that the Multi has an amply dose of salt for the performance horse, that the senior doesn't have. Both have probiotics for digestion however the Senior has higher levels of ingredients for joint support. I feed the Senior to the majority of my seven horses(ages 5-25) because of the joint supplements and the extra Omega 3's and add in the salt myself.
