Does this hoop in fact come with a net?
If so what size holes are in the net, is it slow feed?
Is there a way to put a new net on this hoop eventually?
rgold on Feb 21, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, it does include the frame and the free hay net.
The hay net is item E006600, it has 2" holes, and is considered slow feed.
Yes, the net can be replaced.

What is the difference between the original and hay hoops 2?
Chris H on Oct 2, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The only major difference was the way the hoop holds the net. The "original" has hooks similar to a basket ball hoop/net set-up. On Hoops 2 the hoop actually went through the net. I'm not sure how to change the net on the 2, as it was different than what I already had and was just looking to replace the net so it went right back in the box. I found a hay bag (item E006600) with 2" holes that worked perfectly to replace my net!! There were four more loops on the net vs. the hoop, so I just doubled up the corners. I actually think the hay bag replacement is better than the net that the hoop came with.
Is there any form of warranty on the hoop?
rgold on Feb 23, 2016
BEST ANSWER: We do not show a warranty on this item. We have a 5 day damaged/defective policy and a 30 day return policy:
What size are the holes on the netting?
Sherraine P on Jan 23, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hi a bit over an inch. These are fantastic. I put five in my shelter for rainy days and they are so user friendly. You can change the net. There is a threaded part. They are considered slow feeder to me.
Pony club question here... Is there any concern with horses being caught in the net with it being low? I have always been taught high and tight for safety
Aubrey S on Aug 15, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The instructions say to install the Hay Hoop so the filled net is about 1 foot off of the ground. Feeding low is a more natural position. Feeding high results in the horse breathing in more dust. Safety wise, I have had no problems with my Hay Hoop, and my horse is an 'enthusiastic eater." However, I would recommend the Deluxe Hay Hoop rather than the Economy Hay Hoop. I initially bought the Economy Hay Hoop, and my mare put holes in the net rather quickly. I then bought the Deluxe Hay Hoop and liked it MUCH better. It has a better quality net, the net is attached to the hoop in a much better way, and the overall quality was worth the money. No problems at all in 4 months of use. Really slows her down and makes her hay last much longer.
