Works great and made in the USA!
I've used these on both thin ad thick mats and works great for both. I am a senior lady with small hands and these are perfect for moving mats and I highly recommend them!

Broke first yse
Maybe I didn't use it right, or maybe I needed 2. A little mud gummed up the teeth, and the hinge broke in two.

Grips are a waste of money.
I bought two of these grips thinking they would be helpful when I moved mats in and out of my trailer. They work poorly and often slip or let go of the mat. Anything with some manure or chaff and they won't grip. I found them to be worthless. Do Not Buy Them. I found a locking plyers or vice grip works much better. They do a better job of locking onto the mat and they have better teeth for gripping. Locking plyers or vice grips cost less and will last longer. Not like the plastic in the Grabbit Mat movers.

Not bad on a dry day.
I bought two of these guys thinking they were going to help move around a couple dozen 3/4" mats and they did--but not until I understood how to use them. If the mats are wet they don't hold as well as when they are dry. They worked perfectly for there purpose. Make sure after you used them that the grippers get cleaned. They will after a time or two get some rubber logged in them and they don't grab as well. I recommend them--they saved my hands and back. By the way, I'm 57 years old and if I can use them with success anyone can.

Does not work on old rubber mats
regretfully many of rubber mats in my barn are old and stiff. This product is not able to get a good "grab" on the mat and lift it. Works best on newer mats that are not as thick.

Monumental waste of money
Bought this to help with leverage and grip when moving heavy stall mats. The mat slipped right out and I landed on my ### in the muck. Twisted my ankle and back in the fall. Not funny then, not funny now. Dangerous product for people who are older and not as strong as they once were. Deceptive description - obviously writer had never used it. WAY overpriced for what it is. And isn't. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I tried this product. It slipped right off the mat. I could do a better job with my hands!!!

A real waste of money
My friend had bought 2 of these Grabbits. He said they were "just OK", but go ahead and try them out. He was right, they really don't grip the mat well and kept slipping. After grabbing the second mat, the yellow clip broke. I had to pay for its replacement cost since it wasn't mine to break. I then went to the hardware store and bought locking pliers that did the trick. Buy the pliers and then you'll have a tool you can use for other jobs as well.

A "must have" aid when moving stall mats!! Especially the large, heavy, floppy ones. Whether you have arthritis in your hands or not, you really want one or two of these to help you get the job done!!

Large mats are very hard to maneuver by hand. These handles are great help.

We checked many reviews of this product, and it seems to be the best choice for our 3/4" thick mats.
