Don't waste your money!
I bought these for my mare. She had them on for maybe a day and the boots had already made sores from where they were rubbing on her legs. But the did keep the flies away.

Works for miniature donkeys
I've used these for my miniature donkeys for a full summer season and find, although not perfect, they are the best solution to fly bites I've found. The flies are much harder on the donkeys than on my horse and sprays just aren't effective in the thick of the summer. Only problem with these wraps is they will fall down their legs throughout the day. One of the donkeys has discovered how to pull the velcro apart and she slips out of hers early on. But overall, they get a thumbs up. Slightly lower grade on quality as the mesh is not holding up as well as I would have hoped after just one season.

I can't stand the flies on them
faithhillfarm on Jul 21, 2018
my pony is highly allergic to flies and I am hoping that they will work as well as the other Kensingon products I have purchased. Also they are sold in sets of 4. I wish they came with a no fleece option. These also matched the sheet I ordered.

How tall are these boots and do they stay up?
A shopper on Apr 7, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hi! I am not sure exactly how tall the are, but they came to just below the knee on my 12.3hh pony. They stayed up beautifully and only came off when I took them off :)
What is the height of the pony fly boots? I have a very petite Welsh pony and most “pony” gear is much too large for him. So I need to have measurements on everything before I purchase!

BEST ANSWER: 11" tall - 9.5-11.5 wide
