Since this material is waterproof it should help protect my saddle from mold and mildew.

I like for all of my saddle to be covered in the dusty Tack Room. The long fenders are a plus and appear to be long enough to cover the stirrups.

Like keeping my saddle covered from dust and dirt.

Can you ride in this saddle cover?

Best Answer: I guess I would have the answer the question with a question. Why would you want to? If you're looking to ride in the rain your best bet is rain gear that covers your saddle. I would think you would be endanger of sliding out of the saddle as well as a lot of movement and bunching of the saddle cover. Personally I would never consider it.
