This saddle is great and so comfy!!!!
I bought my saddle around one or two years ago and when I first started using it, it would hurt my butt but then i kinda stopped using it and now I ride in it all the time and it's so comfy!!! It has some black marks where my leg goes and on the seat it has like a crease but when your riding no one can notice it! I would defiantly recommend this saddle and especially the price is so low! it's such a good deal!!!!

Excellent saddles for lesson programs!
I have had these Kincade saddles in my lesson program for 8 years now. They are EXTREMELY durable and long-lasting. They are NOT high end saddles and have never been advertised as such! They hold most riders (except the VERY tiny ones) in a correct position on a variety of horses. These saddles have been used nearly EVERY DAY for 8 years in the scorching Texas heat, soaking rains, and even in the sleet, and the saddles are amazingly durable and long lasting. The billets are secure after thousands of rides! I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone who has a lesson program and cannot spend lots of money on tack (which is probably everyone!?) I tell all my instructor friends about these amazing little saddles!

Poor quality
My daughter used her saddle once and the tan color rubbed off in 7 places and left very noticeable black scuff marks on the flaps. The tan color on the flaps appears to be sprayed on.

Cheap. Get a better saddle.
I bought this saddle used and it's terrible. It was my first English saddle so I was on a budget anyways but this saddle was a waste of my money. The "leather" is so cheap you just slide everywhere and I felt so insecure in it. The color also rubs off like no other and it turns black in some areas and light tan in others. It also scratches easily. The stirrup bars are also TERRIBLE. They are nearly impossible to get my leathers through! Trying to pull them through ended up shredding the leathers! It also fits really wide and puts the rider in an awkward position because the flap is so far forward. The blocks also pushed my leg back a lot. I ended up being a used Collegiate since this saddle was way to wide on my horse (it was the regular tree too) and the difference is amazing. I can keep my leg secure in it and it fits my horse perfectly. I also feel more confident in my new saddle. I also used the same leathers that were hard to get through the Kincade saddle and it was no problem.

A Great Mid-Level Saddle
The leather is of quality and is supple after oiling, and is one of the comfiest saddles I've ridden in. The fit is fantastic, but fits a little wide, so prepare for that. I have it on a very high withered, sway backed 16.2HH Thoroughbred gelding. I bought a medium tree and need to use two thicker pads or it's too wide. This saddle's also more Red than expected. If you're buying this saddle, invest in a saddle cover and only ride in breeches, as jeans tend to rub the stitching above the pommel.Over all, this is a great mid-level or schooling saddle. If you're looking for a quality saddle for schooling, mid level shows, training or pleasure jumping at an affordable price, this is a great purchase. The saddle arrived with a slight knick in the seat, but it ships directly from the manufacturer, so it is of no complaint to Stateline.

Not Ideal
My parents bought me this saddle 7 years ago. I've ridden in it for a long time and it is still slick. Its good if you are a beginner (aside from the fact that you are going to slide off a lot easier than any other saddle known to man) but the cantle is a lot higher than in this picture. It has caused me plenty of problems in my position that I was unaware of until I switched to a more balanced saddle. I don't recommend it, personally.

I have to say I was not impressed with this. It is comfortable and fits ok but I doubt it is even real leather, its really cheap and stiff. And once I put the stirrups on they started rubbing and the rub spots started to turn WHITE. And I could not get them to go away, thankfully they were hidden under my leg. I say dont but this unless your willing to buy a new one in a couple years.

Great saddle for the price.
I bought this aprox 3 years ago. Still comfortable to this day. The only gripe I would have about it is the coating on the leather. After 3 years of cleaning I am only now able to get any oil into it and now it is darkening allot. Dosent affect it in any way but would be nice to oil all of it and not just the areas where the coatuing has wore off. All it all you get what you pay for and if you are looking for perfect pay a little more but if your looking for a decent/good all round *beater* saddle this one is great

Not the best.
I bought this saddle hmm, about a year ago.. & i absolutly hate it. It fits me horribly. It places my legs infront of me.. & its shaped so funny. I have to hike the saddle so far up.. just to put the girth on. Its set so far back. and i have to try to sit forward because it places you back. DONT BUY IT.

Okay for first saddle
I got this saddle as my first saddle when I was on lesson horses all the time and wanted something I could sit in a little more regularly (as in, didn't have to get used to a new saddle every week!). It did okay for that, but when I got my horse it fit him okay, but he refused to round under it. I've also found the higher I jump, the more it throws me forward. I would say this is okay for beginner saddle but definitely not good for someone looking to move up. It also took forever to break in and it's kind of slippery. The leather however has held up over the last five years.
