The Kincade German Martingale set comes with specialized reins and martingale forks. The reins go through the bit and snap to any of the 3 available D-rings on the reins. Use the 3 rings to help increase or decrease pressure on the horse to help discourage the horse from leaning and/or pulling.

You get what you pay for
While the price point on this particular item was in my budget, it broke in about 5 - 7 uses, which made it not worth the money. The snap broke which is almost impossible to fix without restiching the leather. If it was not broken, I would give it a much higher rating as a valuable training aid.

i have a neck stretcher which slides through the holes that i was using for helping my horse set her head...this should work much better

BEST ANSWER: For the money, you can not beat this. It is great and can rake abuse.
My horse holds his head too high will this type help in teaching him to lower his head ?
