AMAZING RESULTS
LOVE THIS BIT. I have a 1/2 Arab 1/2 Quarter horse 10 years old and the snaffle bit just was not giving me the stop I needed when she was hot. She accepted the bit fine, and when asked with a quick pull and release to stop from a hot trot or canter, the results were amazing. She did. And she didn't jig or start back up wanting to continue like she would in the snaffle. I was shocked that just a simple change in bit could actually do that. Best money I ever spent on my safety. Thank you Stateline.

Lifesaver!
This is a wonderful bit! It's very gentle, yet you can regain control and really communicate with the horse if needed. Before I bought this Cambridge my 3 y/o gelding wouldn't stop from a walk with a Full Chk. twisted snaffle. It's a horible feeling knowing you have no brakes! Thankyou StateLine for the wonderful prices and quality products!

Best bit ever
This is the only bit I use for my barrel horse. It is great for controled stops but gentle enough for everyday riding. My horse fought me constantly he bolted and would not stop until I tried this bit. I wont ever use anything else!!!!!

I have a horse that I am having a hard time finding a bit that he likes, Do you think this Kimberwick bit would be worth a try?

BEST ANSWER: We purchased this bit to try to get a little more stopping control on a new english horse we were using. My daughter decided to use her standby horse for our 4-h fair instead, thus this bit is still in it's package. Sorry we cant be of more help. We liked the idea of the port for better control.
