Glad I found this product
This head bumper came in its own plastic wrap and was flat as a pancake. I put it on the halter ==== my horse won't go near the halter. I'm having my trainer get him used to wearing it.

It's a helmet
People helmets don't always save people's life, so obviously this helmet is just meant to be a LITTLE extra protection. My horSe does some light head tossing getting into the trailer so I got this for him so he wouldn't cut himself, but that being said, with TVs bumper, if he really freaked out he would still do damage to himself

I use it every trailer ride!!
Good overall, great to use on taller horses or ones who toss their heads.please beware that if you use wit hthe everyday halter that you tie and lead with,be carefull as your horse could slip out of it.
