Does not work on flys
Does NOT work on flies but works really well on Ants and there holes! I feel like it is safer to use this product on the ants that are in the horses stalls verses ant powders.

No scent at all
I think this bottle was filled with water. No effect on horses, no fragrance, and useless.

Great price. Horrible product
This does little to repel flies. Heck you can spray it on the flies and it doesn't phase them. Even after coating the horses, what little repelling it does only last a few hours. Don't waste your money.

Pretty decent for the money....
Yes, I agree it's NOT the best but its definently NOT THE WORST EITHER! I used this spray one day and have to reapply at night. My horses do have a few flies but they aren't covered like some other horses at my barn are. I use this spray along with another! Meaning some days I use this and other days I use another brand so the flies don't get used to just one. For the money, I'm pleased with the performance of the spray. If you're looking for all day durability then this spray isn't for you since you will have to reapply

Not worth even this low price
I tried this product because I don't need a super heavy duty fly spray due to my horses' living arrangements - stall kept, few horses, suburbs -and at this price, I figured I couldn't go wrong. I usually use a water based spray as I ride often and don't like the oily feel of other more effective sprays & really don't need more than that. I had to quit using this altogether as it did nothing but wet my horse! In fact, I think it may have attracted more flies! Ended up throwing out the liquid but was able to reuse the sprayer. lol

Gets flies laughing
We were drawn by the price and mail in coupon. Never got the mail in rebate money but much worse is the product. It does not bother flies or mosquitoes at all. We live in Florida and for our climate it is a waste of money.

Good price
Good price but not very effective as well as other brands. But is able to work for awhile before it wears off.

When used right offers potential
I have allergies, this stuff does not impede with it... I use it straight up and have had NO issues with flies. Although when I lunge and My horse sweats it does come off so it needs reapplication, as well as if it rains otherwise its great

buy the concentrate and mix it yourself
I buy the 25% concentrate and mix it to about 5%. I mix with water and a cheap coat conditioner. It works great and is very economical. I've never had any adverse effects on my horse. My friends all ask to use "my" fly spray because my horse never has flies. I use it for a couple of days in a row and then only as needed, usually about once every 8-10 days. I only use the water proof concentrate. I've heard the other stuff isn't as good.

Smells good, but doesn't work.
I bought many gallons of this spray because I got it for a low price but I put it on my horses and literally two minutes afterwards, there were more flies on them then before I sprayed them.

I have to say, I'm not crazy about this and it appears my horses aren't either. They stand when I fly spray them with anything but this, they walk away.

The price made it impossible not to try, but be prepared to mix much stronger than the directions to be effective. Mixed as directed it does not even affect the flies directly sprayed... they seem to enjoy the misting lol. Still, the price was so cheap that it still wasn't a super horrible deal even mixed at what ended up being effective. Don't know that we will make a habit of purchasing however...

Only spray that works and lasts 3 to 4 days (unless horse is rained on or bathed. Only the concentrated works; already mixed spray does not. I've been using it for over ten years.
