Makes them strong and energetic, tightens up weak hind ankles, and gives them a shiny coat. Beware though, don't overuse, because if you're not riding them consistently, it can make the VERY spirited, and/or even naughty. :) It is a good tool, though, for strengthening your horse!

Been buying this for years as a vitamin supplement for my horses. Has a lot of beneficial things in it. I have to believe it's healthy for my horses.

I use this with 4 of my six horses that are "easy keepers" and don't get enough of their Stragey feed to get all the vitamins they need. This product does a GREAT job in supplementing... they are 4 different breeds (Morgan, Arabian, Paint horse and IALHA) and they all do well with this plan!

Sho Glo helps with skin and coat conditions. My mares coat and skin has improved since she was put on this supplement. No more dry, static coat. She has a soft coat, mane and tail are stronger and softer.
BEVERLY B on Feb 4, 2016

JANA G on Jul 4, 2015
Best value for an excellent base supplement. Nothing puts a hard shine on a horses coat like Sho-Glo. Great value and the product is a hidden value that has been available for years. More vitamins and minerals than most supplements in a balanced formula.
PAMELA M on Aug 24, 2014
reasonable and have used for many years

DEBBIE G on May 28, 2014
Great product. I have been using this for several years for all my horses. It is very reasonably priced and I can really see a difference in their coats.
JOYCE F on May 16, 2014
I can not say enough about Sho-Glo ... we just LOVE it! Our bay Appendix and Foundation Quarter Horse mares get this year-round and we constantly receive comments on how lovely their coats/mane & tails are! Our family firmly believes sho-glo helps our "girls" with that something extra in the show arena. Highly recommend!
SANDI F on May 12, 2014
I have raised several horses on Sho-Glo and they have been healthy and happy. I have a TWH gelding that has low iron and this product does great for him. Plus - my local feed stores no longer carry it which is sad.
BETTY S on Apr 11, 2014
This and Simplyfly are my favorite supplements for my horse.

Had used Dynamite which is a great product but very expensive. This product has the same compounds for a much better price per oz

Hi,
I'm looking for a good vitamin/mineral supplement for my senior horse. Does anyone know how much vitamin C is in each serving of Manna Pro? And does your horse/s like it?
Thank you.
Judy

BEST ANSWER: If you look up Manna Pro site online, go the the product, they have ingredients labels you can enlarge and read. I Love his product. My horses on it for a while now and act and look great. Fiends use other products, new must have products, but this product is my mainstay. And, affordable
Can you feed this to minis?
A shopper on Mar 6, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Well I have 2 horses that are 1000 pounds each and you would have to figure out the calibration somehow. The measuring scoop is only measured for 500 lbs (half a scoop) and 1000 lbs (one full scoop). I don't know how you could measure it out for your minis. I'm sorry this isn't much help. :(
How much will you feed to a mini?
A shopper on Mar 7, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Here are the feeding directions from the package:
For Mature Horse 800-1200 lbs:
Feed 2 ounces of Sho-Glo daily along with the regular grain ration.

For Foals, Ponies And Horses less than 800 lbs:
Feed 1 ounce of Sho-Glo daily with the regular grain ration.

If your mini is a substantially lighter weight than that, you may wish to cut the dose further.
Where is the ingredient list?

how long will stay fresh ???
zeke f on Mar 5, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I would refer to the company guarantee and call their customer service line for the answer to these types of questions... I order small amounts and use it within a month... so I can't answer for the long term. The manufacturer would better be able to tell you accurate recommended storage conditions and time.to retain nutrients. It's possible they date the packaging but i have never looked.
Is the selenium level high in Sho Glo? Would it be suitable for an area with high selenium in the soil?
Autumn W on Mar 16, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Read the label on a bag or check their website to see if the ingredients are listed, then take that info to your county ag specialist (yes, even citified folks have 'em--college ag instructors know who they are). Nutrition is their business from planting right on up into the animals. I've been in horses over 50 years (breeder, judge, owner-trainer, etc.) and have not had my soil tested but have always been very pleased with the deep shine and healthy energy gained from this surprisingly-not-overpriced product.
