I've been using Med-Vet Senior-Flex HA for my gelding for about 4 years. At 22 he still has his dressage moves and has no joint problems. I have been using glocosamine for years but as he has aged added in the additional senior ingredients which has kept him sound.

This product allows my arthritic 21 yr old mare to move around with better mobility. She even bucks and gallops when I get her going!(I don't ride her). This is a total turn-around from when she had greatdifficulty even getting up on her own - requiring the assistance of both my husband and me - pulling and tugging on a rope around her. This is much better than injections - no pain or possible infection at injection site - seems to be palatable enough when mixed with her grain - all is gone! Ready for her apples, carrots or peppermint candy.

Is it actually pellets?
A shopper on Jan 25, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, these are pellets. This is a good product but I actually switched to the Absorbine Flex Max Pellets because my 32 y/o horse does much better on it. The Glucosimie is much much higher in the Absorbine Flex Max Pellets as well. My gelding was has terrible arthritis and I was considering the fact of having him put down because the pain he was in was getting too much to bear. I tried the MVP first and noticed a small amount of improvement. The next time I ordered I switched to the Absorbine Flex Max Pellets and within three weeks my old fella was running again. That is some good stuff!!
