needed new pad very happy with it.
MARY M on Mar 21, 2015
Actually I bought a black pad to use on my gelding in hot weather so I don't have to use a saddle.
LOUISE P on Oct 5, 2014
Does the pad slip around when you're riding? I've got a basic bareback pad that ties on with a latigo and two D rings and I can never get it snug enough and it slips easily....
Artex on Jun 23, 2016
Best Answer: Pad slippage is a common complaint about bareback pads. Some people purchase types that have dee rings for a breast collar. Another helpful feature on some models is a non-slip underside.

Is it water proof?
Grace B on May 12, 2017
Best Answer: NO it is not waterproof. It's made out of fake suede. If it gets wet I suppose it would dry out like microfiber couches and chairs as it is cloth that feels and looks like suede. But water does not bead up or roll off of it.

What size is the cinch on this pad? I ask because I ordered a bareback pad from another site and even on the last holes it is too short for my QH.

I was wondering if it could fit the average haflinger horse. :)

It should fit most appaloosas, paints, quarters, etc, correct?

Thanks!
Grace B on May 12, 2017

Strap from the top to the center of fleece, when on tightest hole is 33" (complete circumference would be 66"), strap from the top to the center of fleece on last hole is 39" (complete circumference would be 78").
