Works great for the horse I bought it for. You need to know your horse's level of training. This bit requires a light hand. Good quality bit.

Myles bits are the BEST....needed a replacement for a bit that was permanently 'borrowed'....works on my responsive, well trained, but hot horse without making him 'bit anxious'

Will this bit be wide enough for my mule? 5 inches is to small.
A shopper on Aug 31, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Probably not wide enough, then. This bit does have a 5 inch mouthpiece.

julie s on Dec 1, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately we do not carry this item in a 6" mouth
