How often do you apply the gel, and do you wrap it? Thanks

BEST ANSWER: I did try it on me before I put it on my horse & with the nice amount of arnica it has I did feel a difference. So when I put it on my horse I rubbed it in a bit & just let it dry. I didn't wrap the areas as they were big muscle areas that I couldn't have wrapped but I don't think I would have wrapped even if the area was a leg.
