I bought this as a "trial" as they are Arab mares and I wanted to have the thiamine
plus the valerian.I do not show them. They really like it as they do on all the products I
purchased.

crazy barrel prospect. I wanted to get something to calm a horse but not make them drugged or loopy acting. Just trying to get a young rodeo prospect use to the rodeo seen without her nutting up. Worked ok. Not a huge fan or negative feedback. And yes shes been being trained by a professional about desensitizing, just new things bother her and make her react badly

Only thing that works for my silly spooky mare; if she were a human she would go to horror movies for the adrenaline rush of jumping out of her skin.

will this help a fence walker? she walks constantly & does not play well with others.
A shopper on Apr 9, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I have been using Calm and Cool for several years for my Standardbred mare. She has wonderful manners and is fun to ride but is extremely observant and notices EVERYTHING, and assume that anything new and different is going to kill her. She has a "Duck & Spin" that would do credit to a reining horse, and I have quite a few "Frequent Flyer" miles on her. The Calm and Cool has helped, but this season I am also trying a calming supplement that also has magnesium in it, which Calm & Cool does not have. Magnesium is supposed to be good for nervous horses. No opinion yet as I've been only using it for a couple of days. I have never dealt with a fence walker or weaver or anything like that. A friend of mine has a horse like that and she would drive me nuts.
can this product be used with tranquilizers?
Lola S on Jun 29, 2016
BEST ANSWER: We would have to recommend that you check with your veterinarian whether this product could be used with tranquilizers.
Hi , this is a priest? Prower
A shopper on Oct 15, 2018
BEST ANSWER: It is pellets and it helps keep the horse calm. My boy gets very upset in the trailer and waiting to be shown so this product helps him stay calm and he shows better.
