Why did you choose this?
Horse.com Store
I have used this product for more than 20 years. It's a superior product for grays, palominos and pintos. Doesn't hurt other colors, it actually enhances them.

Makes my horse white and removes stains. Works really well! Works better on green/brown stains than yellow. I use it on his tail to get it super white. Great stuff and decent price, compared to similar products

Would this work on a silvery Grulla paint curly?
A shopper on Jan 18, 2015
Best Answer: Yes, This would work great. I suggest sponge it on dry first and the wet and with a jell curry scrub and then risen. Follow up with EzAll wash. Will be nice and clean

Is this shampoo good to use on Palominos/Gold Champagnes?
Angela M on Oct 7, 2014
Best Answer: Yes! I was a little leery at first, because I couldn't wrap my brain around it working for light and dark colored horses, but I have a red appendix, a palomino, white Indian paint, and a black Tennessee Walker :) I use it for all of them!

Would this work on palominos ?
Jose G on Nov 2, 2016
Best Answer: Yes. It's worked beautifully on my palomino's mane and tail . I actually prefer Quic Color, as that seems to make the mane and tail look more bright white vs, Quic Silver makes it shinier but more transparent somehow. I don't use it on his coat (since the purple is the opposite of yellow), but when I have out of laziness I haven't noticed much of a difference. My Palomino is a smutty palomino, so it might show more with a light, bright, or gold/pumkin-colored coat. It's a bit expensive to use on a whole horse, and you don't want to dilute it. In order to get full effect. leave it sit for at least 5 min, wear gloves to avoid purple hands, and don't panic if you leave it too long and the horses hair takes on a slight purple tint -- it fades quickly.

How many washes can you get out of this?
A shopper on Jul 24, 2015
Best Answer: I have a gypsy with white feathers. I split the bottle in half, add water to each to make a full bottle so I have two bottles. So the answer to this question is I get 1 wash out of 1 bottle. But it is the only shampoo that makes his mane and feathers sparkly white.

If you horse is not a gypsy, I would still dilute the shampoo. When you wash, let it stay on for several minutes before rinsing. It may look blue, but it dries very white

I was told that this shampoo removes hard water stains like Iron? Has anyone else heard of this ?
Sherri M on Apr 1, 2017
Best Answer: I've never heard of this quite frankly but there hasn't been a stain that this product hasn't completely eradicated or substantially reduced, so wouldn't be surprised if it did help
