1) How do you use this...do you put your right foot in thr extension then get left foot in regular stirrup...or use the extension as stirrupvand try to reach right leg high enough to swing into saddle?
2) Once on the horse, how do you re-set your stirrup to ride like a normal stirrup?

BEST ANSWER: You can use it either way: put your right foot in the dropped extension and then your left foot in the higher stirrup bed, or, just put your left foot in the dropped extension if you will be able to swing your right leg higher over the saddle.
Once you are mounted, just swing the extension up and it locks around the stirrup.
