Good HA for Horses
My Labrador Retriever is not so wild about the taste but it seems totally palatable for my mare and gelding. It is easy to use the large quantity with comes with the pump.

Great product
I have been using this for years on my senior horse who has joint problems and arthritis. I put it into a large plastic syringe that I have increased the opening size and add her thyroid medicine - shake it up and shoot it into the side of her mouth. It has really helped her move easier.

Excellent way to administer HA
I believe HA is essential to joint lubrication and this is a tasty thus easy way to provide it. Also, if you use any other dry supplements or BUTE, etc., this helps mix those in really well.

Really helped my dog!
This product actually came first in our heart to horse box. We didntbhave any horses we felt would benefit from it but our 1 yr old dog was a rescue and had some issues with ocd in her joints. She was limping and hopping on different legs and so since it said you givenit to dogs we thought we why not try it? Since giving this to her daily, she no longer limps at all and seems much more able to run, hop and play without pain. We ordered our second one and started giving it to our older dog as well to help his old joints!

BEST ANSWER: I'm assuming that you're looking to buy one of the smallest sizes. I've always purchased the gallon size—lowest cost/ounce and proportionately the least expensive size to ship. I used the HylaLube unfailingly to keep a 24-year-old horse in top shape. Yes, the supplement isn't cheap, but it was a small price to pay to maintain my horse's health. Horse people spend so much money on apparel, tack, etc., but the most important thing is our horse's well being. Please, do yourself and your horse a favor, and buy the gallon size and don't fret the shipping cost.
Can it be fed to pregnant mares?
Question on Aug 19, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I'm sorry, I don't know. The label should say and I'd check with a
vet before I gave my pregnant mare any type of supplements.
