Good for Alfalfa Hay
I was looking for a feeder that would keep my goats from making their dinner into their bed. This hay pouch has worked well. Alfalfa leaves are contained in the pouch and the goats eat more of the alfalfa stems. The hanging strap is easy to use. The material helps to protect the hay from the weather, especially the snow.
Drawback: the fabric can rip if the pouch is hung on a rough surface. The pouch can get twisted around. I purchased a grommet kit and put grommets in the lower corners. I snap the lower part of the pouch to the fence and now the pouch does not get twisted. The feeder openings are knotted together and my goats are also able to enlarge the feeder openings.
The slow feed hay pouch feeder minimizes hay waste. I think the slow feed hay pouch is a good value and I would buy it again

Not made for a horse
Within 2hrs of my horse eating hay out of it, the middle part came off!Totally worthless now. I wondering if I sent it back, would I get my money back? The name" tough-1" is totally inappropriate!

Beautiful but has flaws
I LOVE the color of the turquoise zebra. This bag is a little bigger than I expected but bigger is better than too small.I was disappointed to see that when it arrived a strand of net was frayed and coming apart and it wasn't even open yet.I would like to see an attachment of some sort of the bottom to keep it facing forward because my horse flips it over and then becomes disinterested.

Poor quality construction
I have used this exact product for the past 3 years with no problems whatsoever so when I purchased three new ones to replace my other old hay bags I expected the same long lasting quality product, however it failed miserably! In less than 2 days my daughter's horse completely ripped out the slow feed netting on the front of the bag. I am not happy with the quality of the construction of these new bags at all! Also the price has almost doubled in that 3 years. I purchased my original one for $14, and now they cost $24.99...Not worth the increase in price for the quality of product in my opinion.

So cute but the netting doesn't hold up
My horse is not generally destructive but in less than a week of having this in her stall just at night she's made almost every net hole twice the size. The back part and clip is still intact and it is usable but the slow feed holes are about normal sized now.
