Saw where a guy was saying everyone should have a pair of these as they are so useful for many things. Will they nip the heads off of nails and screws?

BEST ANSWER: Not sure. My horses go bare foot. I think I've seen the farrier do it, but I don't know if it was this or the shoe puller. Hmm, he uses the hoof knife to cut near the frog, then uses these to trim the hoof, and files them smooth. I've seen him do shoes, but not for a long time ... hammers in the nails, uses the hammer to bend over the ends, then nips off the ends. Hmm, sorry I can't be of more help. i'll ask next time I see him.
