Good quality rack
One of the fittings was bent when received, but we bent back in place and this rack is very convenient. I bought one a couple years ago previous and is a real space saver.

Made the right choice
Had looked at other saddle racks but opted for this one due to its three tiers. It is well made, sturdy, stable and perfect for my needs.

Worst Rack Every
Mine arrived rusted, damaged, and defective. The pipes are supposed to be designed to fit into each other yet this example was made with the wrong size pipes. Finish is poor. Parts were rusty. Now I have to waste my time dealing with customer service and packing it up and shipping the return. DO NOT PURCHASE!Horse.com should do a much better job screening the products they sell for quality.

Not what I expected
The quality isn't what I expected: came in with bent pipes and already started rust spots. Was quickly replaced with great customer service, but still had issues there too. The finish and sturdiness isn't what we have at the local store. They carry a different brand at the similar price (no shipping) and I thought this one would be better, but was wrong. So, check local shops to see if they may be able to order one...

Great idea, poor quality.
I am a team roper so I have heavy saddles. If you have saddles in the 40-50 lb range this rack is not for you. I owned the rack for about two years placing my saddles from heaviest (bottom) to lightest (top). Well, I placed what was my heaviest saddle rack on the center rack after purchasing a heavier Saddle King roping saddle. Well, I walked in the tack room the next morning to see my saddles on the dirt floor. As you can imagine I was not a happy camper. The center rack arm bent. I took it to my do-it-yourself hubby, and he couldn't straighten it. So, considering I had just purchased a new saddle and was essentially broke I had to remove the center tier making it just a two tier rack. Forcing me to stack my expensive saddles. The bottom started to rust out as well. I will say on a positive note that the rack collapses down very well. I figured this out upon cramming mine into my volkswagon to bring it to the tack auction to be rid of. The swivel feature is nice, but not for heavy saddles. The whole rack tips and bobs when swiveled out. I will not be buying again. Save yourself the money and buy three wall mounts. Also if you're tall, your stirrups will hit the ground if your saddle is on the bottom rack.

Owned 4 years.
Does the job for the price. Stores 3 average, leather saddles efficiently. Never bent or toppled over. Swivel feature for top was helpful. Did not want to or need to pay for much pricer racks. Stand alone is also a must for some tackrooms.

Not very satisfied
The only rack that can handle a heavy saddle is the bottom one. The posts on the other two racks bend with the weight. Not very satisfied for the price.
