Older me and fatter horse
I had shoulder surgery and will never be as strong as I used to be. In the mean time, my Morgan gained some belly so the cinch was so hard to connect. This little gem makes it easy as it is the initial connection that is always painful to do. The extra length makes this easy. Only wish it came in black as my saddle is black.

Superb quality for the extra length needed
Perfect for the extra inches needed in girth size. When opened was pleased with the quality of the girth extender, well worth the additional price compared to a cheaper model. Does not expand much under the leg and quite comfortable for rider and mount. Definately would recommend.

Good Product
I bought this for my OTTB who needed to put on a lot of weight when I bought him. Its bulky under my leg, but once you get used to it, no big deal. Now that he's filled out I'll be spending the money on getting a new girth. Also came in handy when the surcingle I picked up from a friend was too small for him. =) The leather is not as thick as what comes on my girth or saddle, was easy to condition and break in. Not too sure how much wear and tear it would be able to withstand in the long run.
